Purpose of Image Collection

All images captured by Sophia Medina are created for the express purpose of celebrating the client’s unique soul and providing high-end, artistic portraiture.

Portfolio & Self-Promotion

I, Sophia Medina, retain the right to use the resulting images from our session for my personal professional portfolio, including my official business website, social media channels, and marketing materials. These images are used solely to showcase my artistic skill and the "truest essence" of my work to future clients.

Corporate & Third-Party Protection

Your privacy and "soul on film" are not for sale to the highest bidder.

No Corporate Sale: I will never sell, license, or provide your images to a third-party corporation, stock photo agency, or commercial entity without a separate, written agreement and a conversation with you first.
Prior Consultation: Should a commercial opportunity arise involving your likeness, you will be contacted immediately to discuss terms and consent.

The "Final Say" Clause (Client Veto Power)

I believe that you should feel as beautiful as you are on the inside. If, after viewing your final gallery, there is a specific image you feel does not align with your spirit or how you wish to be seen:

The Right to Request Removal: You may specifically ask that certain images not be posted publicly.
Mutual Respect: Upon receiving a written request, I will refrain from using those specific images for public-facing marketing or social media. Your comfort and confidence are my highest priority.

Data & Personal Information

Any personal data collected (emails, phone numbers, or addresses) is used strictly for booking and invoicing purposes. I do not sell your data to any third parties.
